Common questions

What is rashf.?

A free site that builds an xBloom recipe for your exact coffee. Snap the bag (or type the coffee's name), choose your machine, hot or iced and the drink size, and you get the dose, grind, ratio, temperature and every pour — built from 5,500+ published xBloom recipes.

How is the recipe made?

We compare your coffee with published recipes for the same machine — origin, process, roast, varietal, altitude and tasting notes — and blend the closest ones. Every number on the recipe page shows where it came from.

Does it work with xBloom Studio and xBloom Original?

Yes. Grind numbers differ between the two machines, so each recipe is built only from recipes for your machine. It also covers the Omni dripper and xPod baskets.

Can I make iced coffee on xBloom?

Yes. Iced recipes brew stronger, between 1:7 and 1:9, straight over ice. The ice is at least 90% of the brew water and a little more for hotter water: part of it melts into the coffee and the rest stays frozen to keep the drink cold.

How do I send the recipe to my xBloom?

While the recipe is being prepared, it's saved to xBloom for you. Tap “Open in xBloom” on your phone, or scan the QR code with your phone camera, and it opens in the xBloom app ready to brew.

What if I don't like the result?

Rate the cup. At 1–3 stars you can tell us what you didn't like (too sour, bitter, watery…) and we adjust the recipe to fix exactly that; without a description we work out the most likely cause.

Is rashf. part of xBloom?

No. rashf. is an independent site and is not affiliated with xBloom. It is free to use.
